Therapy is a space for healing, growth, and understanding—something we believe everyone can benefit from at different points in life. It’s both an art and a science, combining compassion with evidence-based approaches rooted in professional training.
Rather than viewing people through the lens of mental illness, we work from a social model—recognizing that many challenges, such as grief, loss, personal growth, or feeling stuck, are part of the human experience. If you’re looking for support, a fresh perspective, or a space to explore relationships with yourself or others, therapy can help.
We offer therapy for adults (18+) in the following formats:
Samar: Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy
Luis: Individual Therapy
Ken: Individual and Couples Therapy
Darren: Individual Therapy
Please read each therapist's bio to find the best fit for your needs.
We are an outpatient therapy practice and do not provide intensive or crisis-level support. If you are in crisis, please call 911 or the community crisis line at 520-622-6000.
Evidence-based treatments are therapies that have been scientifically studied and shown to be effective. Our therapists are trained in a range of evidence-based modalities, including:
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Family Systems
Motivational Interviewing (MI)
We start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation to get to know one another and ensure it’s a good fit. If you decide to move forward, we’ll send you intake paperwork to complete before your first session.
If you’re using insurance, you’ll receive a link from our billing partner, HelloAlma, to verify coverage and confirm any costs in advance.
Your first session will focus on getting to know you, building the therapeutic relationship, and discussing your goals for therapy. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan to guide our work—this is a flexible document that evolves with your needs.
Ongoing sessions will offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to process your experiences. You’ll also learn practical tools to manage difficult emotions, improve relationships, and create meaningful change.
Most insurance providers and the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) require an identified problem and treatment goals. Beyond this, we’ve found that having goals provides valuable structure and focus, helping you track your progress and enhancing satisfaction with therapy.
Yes, we accept both self-pay and insurance. Currently, our providers are in-network with:

Please check with your therapist to confirm current insurance status.
For clients paying out of pocket, session fees range from $125 to $185 for a standard 55–60 minute session. Rates vary by therapist, so we recommend reaching out directly to your preferred provider for their current fee.
Yes, a few of our therapists offer limited evening and weekend sessions. Luis, Ken, and Darren currently provide sessions outside of standard business hours. Availability varies, so please inquire directly with your preferred therapist.
We support adults facing a wide range of concerns, including:
Anxiety and Depression
Trauma and PTSD
Bipolar Disorder
ADHD
Grief and Loss
Relationship challenges
Life transitions
Addiction (non-intensive)
While we support clients working through addiction, we do not currently offer intensive outpatient or residential treatment programs.
If you’re unsure whether we’re the right fit, we’re happy to offer a brief consultation. If your needs require a specialization or level of care we don’t provide—such as residential treatment or intensive outpatient—we’ll help connect you with appropriate resources.
We do not offer diagnostic evaluations for ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), nor do we provide court-related evaluations (e.g., for DCS, custody, or competency)
That’s completely okay. Therapy moves at your pace. While we may gently invite exploration, we’ll never push you to discuss something you’re not ready for. Our goal is to help you stretch and grow—not to overwhelm or retraumatize.
